Estate planning is an area of law that has significant
benefits for those people who take advantage of the planning process. It is
also an area of the law that requires clients to contemplate their own
mortality and prepare for a time when they will not be there to care for their
loved ones, or perhaps even themselves. Facing difficult concepts and decisions

Our goal is to provide an entertaining and educational
resource that provides people with the information they need to begin the
estate planning process without feeling intimidated. In addition, we want to
provide insight into the evolving law affecting estate and tax planning as well
as provide plain language explanations of the complex legal concepts involved
with estate planning.
